Does DealIntel charge a subscription?

No. DealIntel is pay-per-deal. Operators buy a deal pack — 1, 3, or 12 deals — that stays valid for 30 to 90 days depending on the tier. Institutional clients get custom unlimited pricing.

What is included in a single deal analysis?

A single deal includes the verdict (Proceed / Negotiate / Pass), the 25-point Kill List, six-strategy underwriting comparison, financial model with Monte-Carlo stress test, comparable sales, financing scenarios, zoning analysis, AI renovation vision, and the exportable institutional Investment Memorandum PDF.

Do unused deals roll over?

Deals expire at the end of the validity window for the tier (30, 60, or 90 days). Institutional plans have custom validity windows.

Is there a free trial?
